  • Start-up of a glass fabrication dream plant, able to supply the largest pieces of glass in North America. All the best and largest production lines, producing oversized tempered, insulated Glass Units (IGU) and laminated glass.

    In a global network of 245 plants (27,000 workers), revitalized and promoted three basic principles of Corporate responsibility:

    This political function required determining and focusing on a few opportunities to steer a huge international corporation in the right direction.

  • Sales Manager Europe

    Sales and production coordination of large architectural projects in Europe. Worked with architects and façade makers to determine technical specifications and product characteristics. Wrote supply contracts and, using AGC’s extensive plant network, found the best ways to manufacture the glass and synchronize fabrication.

    Sales Manager of Glaverbel’s high performance magnetron coated solar control glass. Supervised all European agents and established commercial policies for coated products used in large commercial buildings.

  • Emergency assignment to work on newly acquired assets of PPG Glass in Europe. In record time, I changed IT systems in five Automotive Replacement Glass distribution centers (DCs) throughout Europe. All DCs were converted successfully and we avoided the infamous Year 2000 bug!

  • Canadian Customer Service Manager

    Managed two customer teams in St-Augustin and Scarborough.

    In each float plant, my teams inputted customers orders, planned production, processed $80 million in sales and shipped 150,000 tonne of glass.
